Frame Fly Returns & Refunds Policy

At Frame Fly, we want you to love your purchase. In addition to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for damaged or incorrect items, we offer a clear and simple returns policy for other situations. Please review the details below to understand our return and refund process.


Eligibility for Returns

✔ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
Custom or personalized items (including those approved through proof during checkout) are not eligible for returns unless covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee for damage or discrepancies.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Gift cards
❌ Final sale or clearance items
❌ Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or modification after delivery


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Start the Process – Click the return link in your order confirmation or shipping email to access our Return Request Form.
  2. Provide Details – Enter your order number and a brief reason for return.
  3. Receive a Return Label – Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid FedEx return label (if applicable).
  4. Package & Return – Securely package the item and send it back using the provided label.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds – Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Return shipping costs will be deducted unless covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
Exchanges – If you prefer a replacement, indicate this in your Return Request Form. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement.


Important Notes

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process returns or exchanges after receiving the item.
  • Frame Fly is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit. We recommend using our prepaid label for proper tracking and security.
